About
Hello, My name is Corbett, and I’m an anthropology student at Northern Arizona University. I suppose I started this page as a means of learning about and getting involved with the online anthropology community. I will be posting about various themes regarding my field of study, including research, conferences, difficulties, and other more general thoughts. If you have any questions you would like me to address, hit me up and I’ll give it a go!

Okay Starbucks Man… Your wish has been granted – I am thoroughly impressed. Very insightful; clear presentation of theories and ideas; evidence of comprehension through application of said theories, especially with regards to how “old” ideas and theories still play a significant role in today’s society.
In other words, good job smarty pants. You showed me yours… does this mean I have to show you mine?
Hi, my name is Meg Miller. My brother just met you in Starbucks (in I’m guessing CA since thats where he lives but he travels A LOT so it could have been somewhere else.) Anyway, he sent me your link via Twitter and I will say I’m interested. I like the way you write. Now you say you’re an anthro student, but undergrad or grad? I’m currently at University of Central Florida as an undergrad studying under Dr. Tosha Dupras and Dr. John Schultz (as well as others.) I graduate in the of Spring 2012. I’m currently working on an undergrad thesis on a gender study of a local cemetery. It’s crazy how much is not written on this area. I figured there would be numerous amounts of studies, articles, and books. I’m hoping to make a seamless transition into one of the six Canadian grad schools I’m looking at. What are your plans? Focus? I enjoying talking with other anthro students about their ideas and plans. I feel we edify each other when we interact in this way. Plus, I love exchanging articles; when I research, I come upon loads of cool articles and I try to send them each friends way (who likes what and what not.)
So friend me on FB or email me at meg_m_miller@knights.ucf.edu
This blog is actually quite awesome…not what I was expecting
I think I may start stalking it
